Dr Amit A Saraf was instrumental in liaising with the Royal College of Physicians (RCP) London from the year 2013, initially to conduct the Medical Training Initiative (MTI) rounds in Jupiter Hospital wherein post graduate medical students of Mumbai and surrounding areas were interviewed by RCP and Indian officials and, if selected, were sent to work to the United Kingdom on a 2 year work permit visa. This facilitated the higher studies and experience of many Indian students who could avail this route to learn different modalities of Internal Medicine and come back to the country to utilise these expertise on their Indian patients.

The MTI association paved way to the establishment of the long cherished and awaited MRCP PACES center at Jupiter Hospital in January 2020, with Dr Amit A Saraf being the local lead examiner. This center was the first of its kind in western India and would help numerous local and international students to come to Jupiter Hospital to appear for the MRCP PACES examination. This center brought with it academic recognition to the institute and Jupiter Hospital was able to (and would subsequently be able to) train and recognise many suited local professionals as MRCP examiners, raising the academic standard.
