Dr. Amit Surendra Parasnis is practicing as a Consultant-Surgical Oncology at Jupiter Hospital, Pune. He has experience in laparoscopy, in general surgery and surgical oncology. He is proficient in managing all major and supramajor surgical and surgical oncology cases. He has special interest in clinical practice and research in surgery and surgical oncology.

Dr. Parasnis has independently performed and managed over 10000 major surgical and oncological cases in the past 16 years of practice. Dr. Amit Parasnis is specialized for all major and minor surgical and cancer related surgical procedures. Dr. Amit Parasnis has been practising as consultant surgeon and oncologist in Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad area since July 2003. He has reviewed more than 15 articles as a Reviewer for the International Journal of Surgery. Underwent Training in Thoracic Oncology at the National Cancer Center Hospital and Saisekai Central Hospital, Tokyo, Japan in March 2003. Worked in the Hepatobiliary Surgery Unit of the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, New York, USA in May 2003.
