Dr. Ashish Phadnis is the Director of Orthopedics at Jupiter Hospital,Thane. He is trained in primary and revision Joint Replacements, Minimally Invasive Surgeries, Robotic Surgeries, Complex & Pelvi Acetabular Trauma and Sports Injuries. He has worked in International centers of Excellence like the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, Princess of Wales Hospital, Avon Orthopedic Centre, Bristol. The Department of Orthopedics at Jupiter Hospital performs about 1600 orthopedic and trauma surgeries in a year and has around 30 consultants. Dr. Phadnis also leads a very active teaching programme that trains 6 orthopedic trainees every year. There are fellowship programmes from the MUHS imparting a very comprehensive training to trainees in various aspects of orthopedic surgeries.
