Dr. Deepak Mittal well established in the field of surgery & very well known for his Laparoscopic skills. He is currently working in the reputed Aadhar Health Institute as Bariatric, Metabolic and Laparoscopic Surgeon. He completed his MBBS in the year 1997 from Pt PGIMS, Rohtak, finished his M.S. (Surgery) in the year 2002 from SMS Medical College, Jaipur, Rajasthan. He had taken an extra mile by successfully completing Fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery (FMAS) in the year 2011 as well fellowship in Indian Association of Gastrointestinal Endosurgeons (FIAGES) in the year 2012.

Apart from that he is also a member of Association Surgeons of India (ASI), Indian Hernia Association (IHS), Association of Minimal Access Surgeons of India (AMASI).

Dr. Deepak was a senior resident in the Department of Surgery at Aruna Asaf Ali govt. Hospital, New Delhi. And also, a senior resident in the Department of General and Minimal Invasive Surgery at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi. He previously worked as a Senior Consultant in the Department of GI, Minimal Access Surgery & Bariatric Surgery between October 2014 to January 2015.

He is well expert in doing Laparoscopic Surgery some of which are Laparoscopic Ingual Hernia Repair, Conventional Open General Surgical Procedures, Laparoscopic Bowel Resection, Laparoscopic Appendectomy and Laparoscopic RYGB for Morbid Obesity etc.

His area of interest are Bariatric and Metabolic surgery.
