Dr. Jairam Chandra Pingle has 45 years of experience and specializes in joint replacement surgery including total knee replacement, total hip replacement, shoulder replacement, reverse shoulder replacement, and elbow replacement. He is also experienced in spinal surgery, arthroscopic procedures, trauma surgery, accidents emergency, and reconstructive surgery. He has won numerous awards including the Vyageshwarudu gold medal for the best paper at Indian Orthopaedic Association, the best doctor award in 1987 by the prince of Gizan, Saudi Arabia, and the Akkineni Nageswara Rao Gold Medal in 2005 for the Life Time Achievements for the field of Orthopedics. Dr. Pingle has performed several firsts in his state including total hip replacement in 1976, scoliosis surgery with Luque Technique in 1984, and anterior cervical discectomy and stabilization with plates and screws. He also started total knee replacement in 1989 and has been recognized with Vidya Shiromani Awards for Life Time Achievements in Orthopedics.

- He was responsible for training a large number of younger surgeons in this field and in anterior spinal fusion for TB.
- He was awarded the Vidya Shiromani award for lifetime achievement and also akkineni nageshwar rao gold medal in 2005 for lifetime achievement in the field of orthopaedics.
