I feel that the best thing about naturopathy is - it helps us in being connected to Mother Nature though we live in the age of modernization. Throughout my practice, I have found Diet to be a major factor that contributes to our health and wellness. Control over diet gives control over life.... and that is why Diet therapy is my favourite of all and it is my go-to suggestion for all the seekers of health and wellness. I also specialize in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Water Therapy, Female Lifestyle Hygiene and Therapeutic Meditation. My other specialties include cooking, doodling, making mandala art, random coffee-table conversations, and a good sense of humour.
