Dr Mudit Khanna, an active member of the International Society of Computer Assisted Orthopedic Surgery (CAOS) is one of the select few surgeons in the country that perform Computer Assisted, Minimally Invasive Muscle Sparing, Total and Partial Knee Replacement Surgeries. After completing his M.S in Orthopedic Surgery at the prestigious King George’s Medical University, he gained higher surgical training across several centers of repute within the NHS in the UK for a period of five years where he completed his MRCS and MCh in Orthopedic Surgery. He furthered his fellowship training in the field of joint replacement surgery at renowned centers across the world including the ‘Cleveland Clinic’, Ohio, USA and the ‘EndoKlink’, Hamburg, Germany. He further received extensive training in Computer-Assisted Joint replacement surgery in Germany at one of the busiest and heavy volume centers of Europe, the Asklepios Orthopedic Clinic Lindenlohe, Germany

With over 15 years of experience as a Joint Replacement Surgeon, Dr Mudit Khanna has been a team member for over 10,000 Joint Replacement Surgeries and has independently performed more than 3000 successful Joint Replacement Surgeries as a Lead Joint replacement Surgeon. Dr Mudit Khanna has vast experience in performing Personalized Hip Joint Replacement with Large Diameter Heads and Dual mobility Hips and Total and Reverse Shoulder Arthroplasty for Osteoarthritis of the shoulder and Cuff Arthropathy

Realizing the significance of Early rehabilitation and importance of Post-operative Pain management, Dr Mudit Khanna has established an excellent Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) program at Wockhardt Hospital, which helps to achieve early recovery after joint replacement surgery by improving the quality of perioperative care with special focus on achieving excellent pain management through a multimodal pain management protocol, that aims to provide a nearly painless experience to all patients.

Dr Mudit Khanna is an active member of the British Indian Orthopedic Society (BIOS), International Society of Computer Assisted Orthopedic Surgery (CAOS), Indian Orthopedic Association (IOA), Indian Society of Hip and Knee Surgeons (ISHKS), Indian Arthroplasty Association (IAA) and Bombay Orthopedic Society (BOS).

He is widely appreciated for his initiative in concept-based teaching and has held several faculty positions aimed at training young orthopedic surgeons in the field of Joint Replacement Surgery. He is a greatly respected name amongst the young medical community in India and has authored two highly regarded ‘Best Seller’ books in the field of Postgraduate Studies. His work has been acknowledged and published by leading medical publishers including Reed Elsevier and Jaypee Publishers, India.
