He routinely participates in Continuing Medical Education (CME) Programs and conferences. Prominent amongst these are the IPATHCON 2019, in which he was the organizing chairperson. He co wrote the surgical chapter in and was instrumental in the release of the first ever Indian Standards of Care for persons with gender incongruence and people with differences in sexual development/ orientation (ISCO1), which was released during online IPATHCON 2020
