About Doctor 
Dr. Sasidharan Rajesh graduated from the prestigious Maulana Azad Medical College in New Delhi and did his postgraduation in Radiology from Government Medical College in Gwalior.
He got his training in radiological interventions and abdominal imaging during his tenure as a fellow and senior resident from the Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences in New Delhi. He received further training in hepatobiliary Interventions from the Seoul National University Hospital and Samsung Medical Centre in South Korea.
Dr Rajesh has more than 10 years of experience in performing hepatobiliary and gastrointestinal radiological interventions. His areas of expertise include management of complications of portal hypertension, treatment of liver cancer and complex biliary interventions.
Awards
A recipient of the R.K. Jain memorial gold medal award, he has presented numerous papers and posters in national and international conferences and has to his credit more than 100 peer-reviewed publications in high impact journals including the Journal of Vascular and Interventional Radiology, CardioVascular and Interventional Radiology, American Journal of Roentgenology and Abdominal Radiology. He also serves as a reviewer for Journal of Vascular and Interventional Radiology, Journal of Gastrointestinal and Abdominal Radiology and Journal of Clinical and Experimental Hepatology.
