After completing her MBBS from Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute, Dr. Shruthi specialized in surgery from the prestigious PGIMER, Chandigarh and pursued chief residency for a year. Later, she did her MCh from the Department of GI Surgery and Liver Transplantation in the apex institute AIIMS, New Delhi. Following this, she went on to pursue a senior fellowship in Liver Transplantation in the world-famous King’s College Hospital, London. She also has a MRCS from Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh. She is also trained in Robotic HPB surgeries from Royal Marsden Hospital, London and living donor liver transplantation from Dr Rela Institute and Medical Centre, Chennai.
