About Doctor

Dr. Sreeja Mohandas grew up in the midst of rich nature and cuisine of Kerala and she was always fascinated with food and how it affects wellness and happiness of people.

She chose ayurveda as the best way to learn this and studied in the prestigious Kottakkal Ayurveda College.

After her studies she has been working in different institutions under the renowned Arya Vaidya Pharmacy, Coimbatore for the last 10+ years.

Along with working as an Ayurvedic phycisian, she has also been teaching Ayurveda to diverse groups of students from all continents as a teacher at Arsha Yoga Vidya Peetam and Saranya Ayurveda Hospital.

The more she learned about the food and lifestyle of these students and her patients, the desire to incorporate her knowledge of Ayurveda into these different cultures she encountered also grew.

In her spare time, she is a voracious reader who wants to travel and explore the secrets of cultures from all over the world.
