Dr. Lathika PK, an alumnus of Vaidyaratnam Ayurveda College batch that passed out in 1989 with high credentials and moved on to join as Medical Officer, the prestigious institution KAPL-Kerala Ayurveda Pharmaceuticals Ltd (presently known as Kerala Ayurveda Ltd). She continued in the institution rising quickly to higher positions. She was promoted to be the Chief Medical Officer of KAPL Ayurveda Hospital owing to her professional commitment, academic excellence and clinical acumen. She bid adieu to the institution in 2004 with an ambition and will to establish her own practice.

She simultaneously established Sarathy Ayurvedic Clinic an out-patient facility and Sarathy Ayurvedic Hospital a full-fledged Ayurvedic Hospital and has been in active practice taking along to higher reaches both the institutions. She has successfully treated more than 20000 spinal disorders successfully during her three decades of practice. She is one of the very few Ayurveda doctors treating cancer with Ayurveda medicines.
