Mr. Sandos, who arrived all the way from East Africa, was experiencing excruciating pain when he came to BLK-Max Hospital. As a result of a botched surgery back home, his right shoulder was as stiff as a board. To this extent, he couldn’t even lift his arm. His everyday life became a trial of agony and hopelessness, and it was heartbreaking to see him persevere through his pain. Fortunately, he met with Dr. Deepak Chaudhary, Senior Director, Centre for Arthroscopy & Sports Medicine and Dr. Shiv Chouksey, Consultant , Centre for Arthroscopy & Sports Medicine who performed a complex arthroscopic surgery that involved delicately removing all the fibrous tissue and adhesions from his shoulder joint and subacromial bursa. After an extensive operation and rehabilitation process, Sandos is finally pain-free! He's thrilled with the outcome and can now move his arm almost as freely as before his botched surgery. His genial smile and a spirit full of gratitude will forever be remembered fondly in our facility.
