Vaidyagrama is an absolutely wonderful and authentic Ayurvedic experience. I spent some weeks here for a panchakarma in June-July. All the staff and doctors here make certain that you’re comfortable and able to enjoy your stay while undergoing these treatments. The food is really nice sattvic food, so not spicy or salty. There are classes daily that are excellent for learning more Ayurvedic knowledge. The environment is completely set in nature so lots of trees and birds and all the buildings are designed according to Vastu. Overall, if you have a chance to experience Vaidyagram, definitely do not miss the opportunity. It’s hard to find authentic Ayurveda experiences.
