Dr. Rajinder K. Mittal did not his MBBS & MS (General Surgery) from Dayanand Medical College & Hospital, Ludhiana, Punjab,India. He did his M.Ch (Plastic Surgery) from VMMC Safdarjung Hospital (Delhi University), New Delhi,India. He has been working as Senior Plastic Surgeon at Dayanand Medical College & Hospital, Ludhiana, Punjab from since 2002 as now heading the department since last 3 years.

He has around 40+ publications in reputed journals. He has presented many papers at National & International forums.
