He was mentored by the pioneering surgeons Dr. Naresh Trehan, Dr. Jospeh S Coselli M.D, & continues to immerse himself in evolving approaches to aortic repair 7 coronary artery bypass grafting.

Dr. Sarju Ralhan is an innovator & a leader in his field & he is highly experienced in coronary artery bypass grafting having performed more than 15000 cases. He has special interest in OPCABG & TOTAL ARTERIAL CORONARY ARTERY BYPASS GRAFTING using bilateral IMA only. He has done around 6000 cases with this technique. Doctors from Jaipur, Rohtak,Egypt,AIIMS,Kashmir & Nepal came here for training on Total Arterial Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting using bilateral IMAs. He has conducted live workshop to demonstrate this technique in Lucknow.
