Dr. Sheerin Shah, has done graduation from Govt. Medical College, Patiala. In the last year of MBBS, she could realize her special interest in surgical specialties. She joined MS Surgery in DMC&Hospital, Ludhiana. After clearing MS Surgery she did her super specialization in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery form the same esteemed Institute, Dayanand Medical College & Hospital, Ludhiana. She topped the universities in MCh final exam. She later did her training in Cosmetic Surgery with Dr. M. Thakur at Putnam Hopital, Yorktown, New York, Dr Rhee, Hunginton, New York, Dr. Ameet, Poughkeepsie, New York. She went to Cleveland Clinic, Ohio for her observership in Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery. She also did her Hair transplantation training from one of the pioneer's in India, Dr. Vasa, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

She has attended many national & international Conferences. Her work is published in many leading journals both national & international.

She is well skilled for all Plastic, Cosmetic & Reconstructive Surgery procedures like a tummy tuck, breast reshaping,liposuction, rhinoplasty,vaginal rejuventation & scar removal. She has also had experience in burn corrective surgeries, Varicose Veins, Maxillofacial & Microsurgery.

She believes that surgery is not only what a surgeon does in Operation theater but what he & she does before & after surgery. Empathy, Compassion & dedication for a patient are very important tools for early healing. In her hands, the patient care is personal & very compassionate. She is honest about guiding her patient about need or no need for surgery. She believe that a good surgeon must always know what not to operate.

Being one of the first lady plastic surgeons in Ludhiana, her special interests are in breast reshaping, tummy tucks & nose surgery.
